Come join me for an interactive author talk based on my book, “Mind Your Movement: Six Essential Physical & Mental Tools To Stay Active As You Age”.  I love helping people, particularly older adults, move better so they can continue doing the things they most enjoy in life whether that’s travel, playing with younger family members or trying new physical activities.  I look forward to hearing what audience members are currently doing for physical movement as well as where I can help encourage them more.
